We’ve added a new option to remove duplicate ringtones if you’re having an issue with multiple ringtones playing. Also, even if you aren’t having duplicate ringtones, this option will allow CritiCall to play custom ringtones you have set for contacts. Please verify CritiCall works when you have this option selected since it may prevent CritiCall from playing your override ringtone properly.
